Job Description

We are seeking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to lead the design team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital products (Mobile and Web Applications). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to understand business and user needs and translate them into visually appealing and functional designs.

Job Responsibilities :

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify user goals, preferences, and pain points.
Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to visualize the user experience and inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design mockups that effectively communicate the desired user interface and user experience.
Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct usability evaluations and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in UI/UX design and incorporate them into design processes.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Relevant experience or a strong design portfolio may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, showcasing a portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design.
Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on user interface design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
